This update is free and it’s available on the eBike Flow app (or through the Bosch Diagnostic tool for markets that aren’t supported by the app) starting on May 5.

This update will allows riders to tune their assist modes to provide up to 120Nm and 600% motor support.

The new software also allows ride metrics from the app to be viewed on third-party devices like Apple Watch or Garmin — and it offers expanding tuning ability on the Extended Boost mode.

The new update will also feature Trick Check which automatically senses and measures how sick your jumps, wheelies, manuals, and stoppies are with metrics like distance, duration, height, and angle.

These bike models will continue to have 85Nm as the stock setting with the best balance of power, handling, and drivetrain longevity, but now you have the option to crank up the power and torque.

Which Bikes will now have 120Nm?

If you already own a Trek Powerfly, a Rail, or a Charter + 5, you can simply update your software to benefit from more power and upgardes!
